SHIPPING INFORMATION
All balms are handmade to order, so please allow 3 - 5 business days for the balms to be made. It's what makes them so special!
Once the balms are made, they are shipped as STANDARD POST, or EXPRESS POST, depending on your selection.
STANDARD POST: I use Australia Post which allows for 5 - 7 business days for shipping (although both generally ship quicker than this)
EXPRESS POST: I use Australia Post, and this allows 1 - 3 business days for shipping. It generally comes overnight to main cities, and takes 2 to 3 days to more rural locations.
INTERNATIONAL POST: All international deliveries are sent Economy, and can take anywhere from 1 week to 3 months (this information is advised when you select your shipping option). If you cannot find your country listed at checkout, send me a message and I can calculate the time and costs for you based on your intended order. If you would like to have something couriered internationally, and are happy to pay, let me know and I will be more than happy to arrange it.
