I'd love to hear your wisdom about what you do to help your kids through the change of season? What do you at the first sign of sickness? Anyone had any success with strategies to stop it going around the whole family? We eat a wholefood diet similar to Weston A Price. In the change of seasons we add a small serve of chicken broth at breakfast and increase our soup intake. At the first sign of sickness I do try to wash pillow cases, and wipe the kitchen table down with EO spray after each meal.
