Environmental Toxins could also be an issue. Especially since both girls have it. Could your home have some kind of water damage or mould? Skin issues are common with mould and related mycotoxins/bacteria. My only child with eczema was conceived when I was working in a water damaged high rise building, and living in a unit where the split system AC leaked into the wall. Then when he was born we lived in a different place where the shower leaked into the cupboard on the other side of the wall. Thank God I knew about GAPS and we got on top of it pretty quickly once we removed ourselves from the mould.

@Mary Kelly I think when my liver/gallbladder aren't happy that I absolutely need veggies (carrot, ginger, celery and apple juice; cooked beetroot, carrots and pumpkin) but when they're happy my body just wants meat, slow cooked/simmered with lots if fat. In my first week of GAPS intro I ate 5kg of carrots, just me, no juicing. :D I'm not sure what it's doing at the moment though, my pain + fatigue have returned so I'm trying to get back to GAPS properly, but all I want to eat are high histamine foods! (Cheese, chocolate, tomato, chilli, spinach and mushrooms) Probably need to find some good magnesium or something. Ha ha.

I have a friend who had chronic fatigue syndrome for 14 years, it started when she was a teenager. An osteopath cured her cause with some neck treatments, but the carnivore diet gave her her energy back. She couldn't even eat herbs or spices without fatigue and pain returning, only meat, broth and salt. She felt so good on it but has added in a few fruits and vegetables and while not as bad as before, she knows she would be better if she just stuck to meat. Personally I go through stages. Sometimes all I want is meat, sometimes veggies, sometimes salad. :)

We currently homeschool our 2 (3rd is only 3) but if I had to swap with my husband (me work, him be at home) we might need to send them to school, and would prefer a Christian School. But I'm not going to vx my youngest two (eldest is 'up to date' but won't be getting any more) to send them. It does leave an uncomfortable feeling in my gut. I am not sure if we'll do high school homeschooling and vx requirements are my main concern there.
